About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Table Bay Mall. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding brand experience and driving sales through excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and provide an amazing customer experience.
- Identify customer needs and offer the best possible solutions.
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
- Seek new sales opportunities.
- Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store ready for customers.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Adheres to standards, ensuring quality and compliance in work delivery.
