About the role
Join our retail team as a Sales Associate, representing the JD Sports brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences in Eastern Cape. You will work in a fast‑paced store environment, helping customers find the right products while meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Be an ambassador for the brand and deliver an amazing customer experience.
- Identify customer needs and provide the best possible solutions, exceeding expectations.
- Track sales performance against targets and seek new sales opportunities.
- Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with the latest décor and fashion trends.
- Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store ready for customers at all times.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Passionate about people and customer service.
- Target‑driven with a focus on achieving sales results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
