About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our Totalsports store on the Boardwalk, working 120 hours per month. In this role you will represent the TFG Sports brand, engage with customers and help drive sales in a vibrant retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and provide outstanding customer service.
- Identify customer needs and recommend optimal solutions.
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Sell a diverse product range while staying current with décor and fashion trends.
- Seek out new sales opportunities.
- Replenish stock to keep the store ready for customers.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Grade 12 (Matric).
- Strong passion for people and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented with good verbal and written communication skills.
