About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to represent our American Swiss brand in George, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.
Key responsibilities
- Act as brand ambassador, providing outstanding customer service.
- Identify customer needs and offer optimal solutions.
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Sell a diverse product range and stay updated on décor and fashion trends.
- Seek new sales opportunities.
- Replenish stock to keep the store ready for customers.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Adhering to standards and ensuring quality.
- Continual improvement mindset.
- Effective decision‑making in complex situations.
- Drive and perseverance to meet goals.
- Consistently meet customer expectations.
- Strong planning and organising abilities.
- Excellent relating and networking skills.
