Sales Assistant – Retail Customer Experience

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Sales Assistant to join our retail team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate the store, find products and enjoy a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, smile and acknowledge every customer entering the store.
• Know the store layout and direct customers to the right products.
• Follow opening and closing procedures, ensuring merchandising standards are met and all items are correctly ticketed.
• Receive and check deliveries, verify stock counts and product expiry dates.
• Assist at the point of sale, handle cash transactions and perform cash‑ups.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Genuine interest in health and wellness.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours.
