Sales Assistant – Canal Walk

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly individuals to join our Canal Walk store team for the busy holiday season. As a Sales Assistant you will help customers discover joy at home by delivering memorable service and showcasing our range of kitchen and home products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to every visitor, ensuring each interaction is unique.
• Maintain an inviting store environment that highlights the brand and product range.
• Wrap gifts for customers purchasing items.
• Keep the store clean and orderly.
• Address and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Follow internal procedures for stock receipt, storage and merchandising.

Required profile

• High‑energy, reliable and friendly with a passion for food, cooking and entertaining.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and committed to delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Goal‑driven and eager to work as part of a collaborative retail team.
• Available for the full period of November 2026 to December 2026.
• Completed Grade 12 / Matriculation.
