Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to deliver high‑volume B2B technology lead generation campaigns, nurture target audiences and build trusted client relationships for a global Brand‑to‑Demand agency. The role is based in Foreshore, Cape Town and operates on a hybrid schedule (three days in‑office, two days remote) aligned with UK working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute new‑business sales campaigns for the agency and its clients.
• Own and report on high‑volume B2B technology lead‑generation initiatives.
• Nurture prospects using social selling and outbound outreach techniques.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong, trusted client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and achievement of agreed objectives.
• Maintain internal performance targets, including an 80 % chargeability rate.
• Generate at least one qualified lead per week for each campaign.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience (1–5 years considered, 4 + years preferred).
• Proven experience in planning and executing lead‑generation campaigns.
• Ability to manage high‑activity B2B technology outreach.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills with a focus on results and client retention.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
