Sales and Business Development Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, results‑driven Sales and Business Development Consultant to grow our client base in the Overberg and Winelands areas of Cape Town. This remote opportunity is ideal for a customer‑focused, innovative professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet budgeted targets and present performance updates in monthly reviews.
• Generate new client leads through cold calls, follow‑up calls, emails and software demonstrations.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and weekly activity reports.
• Manage client communications, schedule appointments, and coordinate training interventions.
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system and produce proposals and quotations within two working days.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience.
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (non‑negotiable).
• Grade 12 qualification; a degree or diploma in Marketing, Sales or a related field is preferred.
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence.
• Residency in the Winelands/Overberg area.

What we offer
