Sales Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Analyst to support the Regional Sales Manager and the broader sales team. The role involves creating, analysing and maintaining reports, handling deductions, and providing administrative and project support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a suite of sales reports for the Regional Sales Manager.
• Analyse reports to identify exceptions, abnormalities or inconsistencies and escalate findings.
• Investigate root causes of discrepancies and propose resolutions.
• Report deductions for car fines, private kilometres and loans.
• Allocate identified issues to team members, set recommendations and due dates, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Attend sales meetings, take accurate minutes and distribute them promptly.
• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including filing and document preparation.
• Support project management by tracking deadlines and analysing car‑track reports.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism in all communications.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in report analysis, administrative assistance or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high diligence.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and handle competing priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
