Sales Agent – Full‑time

About the role

Old Mutual is looking for enthusiastic Sales Agents to join its Bloemfontein team. You will build and maintain a personal client base, promote the company’s financial products, and help improve the financial wellbeing of the community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture a portfolio of individual and business clients.
• Market and sell Old Mutual’s insurance and investment products.
• Provide accurate product information and support clients throughout the sales process.
• Contribute to the financial education and wellbeing of the local community.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
• Clear credit and criminal record.
• 6‑12 months sales or retail experience (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, numeracy and attention‑to‑detail.
• High energy, self‑driven and goal‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and other digital communication tools.
• Basic use of sales‑related software.
