Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Matric is essential.
• Minimum 6 months' recent outbound telesales experience, preferably selling financial products or short‑term insurance.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Clear criminal record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and high‑energy environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills.
