Sales Agent – Cloud Storage Solutions

About the role

RedBox Media is seeking motivated, self‑driven sales agents to promote and sell its cloud storage solutions to businesses and individuals across South Africa. The role is commission‑based, offers flexible remote work, and is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who enjoy building client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers.
• Present and explain RedBox Media’s cloud storage solutions.
• Generate new sales through networking, referrals and direct outreach.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist clients in selecting the most suitable storage package.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience advantageous but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Reliable internet access and a smartphone or computer.
• Passion for technology and helping businesses protect their data.
