About the role
Old Mutual is seeking enthusiastic Sales Agents in Kroonstad to build and maintain a client base, promote financial products and contribute to community wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for Old Mutual’s financial solutions.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support.
- Promote and sell a range of Old Mutual products in line with targets.
- Contribute to the financial wellbeing of the local community.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
- Clear credit and criminal record.
- 6‑12 months sales or retail experience (advantageous but not essential).
- High energy, goal‑driven and self‑motivated.
- Strong communication and numeracy skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Digital literacy using tools such as WhatsApp.
- Basic computer literacy and data handling.
