Sales Adviser – Talent Pool (Johannesburg & Cape Town)

About the role

Santam Direct Call Centre is building a talent pool of Sales Advisers for future openings in Johannesburg and Cape Town. Successful candidates will join a dynamic, growth‑focused team and will be considered for upcoming sales positions as they arise.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in a call‑centre environment.
• Identify client needs and recommend tailored short‑term insurance solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while adhering to quality‑assurance and compliance standards.
• Respond promptly to client callbacks and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Manage workload efficiently, attending to all leads with the aim of quoting and closing sales.

Required profile

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in short‑term insurance.
• Valid Regulatory Exam Certificate and FAIS credits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict scheduling requirements.
