About the role
Amazon Advertising is seeking a results‑driven Sales Account Manager to partner with advertisers, educate them on Amazon’s ad solutions, and solve complex business challenges. You will own a portfolio of advertisers, drive revenue growth, and provide strategic recommendations using Amazon’s proprietary data.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑level sales and customer service to existing advertisers.
- Retain and grow revenue by developing annual media strategies aligned with advertiser goals.
- Drive new business deals to closure in a competitive environment.
- Design campaign strategies, audience engagement plans, and evaluate performance metrics.
- Perform in‑depth data analysis to generate actionable short‑ and long‑term recommendations.
- Educate advertisers on insights, metrics, and optimization tactics.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Creative, Senior Sales, Product, and Retail teams to increase advertiser satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience building customer relationships and influencing key decision‑makers.
- Background in digital media, marketing strategy, and data‑driven analysis.
- Experience with media and brand planning, programmatic advertising, and performance assessment.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce and online marketing channels is a plus.
