Sales Account Manager – Amazon Ads

About the role

Amazon Advertising is seeking a results‑oriented Sales Account Manager to partner with advertisers, educate them on Amazon’s ad solutions, and solve complex business challenges. You will own a portfolio of advertisers, drive revenue growth, and act as a trusted advisor using Amazon’s proprietary data.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to existing advertisers.
• Retain and grow revenue by developing annual media strategies aligned with advertiser goals.
• Drive new business deals to closure and create incremental revenue opportunities.
• Develop campaign strategies, audience engagement recommendations, and evaluate performance metrics.
• Perform in‑depth data analysis to provide actionable short‑ and long‑term recommendations.
• Educate advertisers on insights, performance metrics, and best practices.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Creative, Senior Sales, Product, and Retail partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience building customer relationships and influencing key decision‑makers.
• Background in digital media/marketing strategy, data analysis, analytics, and visualization.
• Experience with media and brand planning, programmatic advertising, and performance assessment.
• Preferred experience in e‑commerce, online marketing channels, or sales/marketing within digital environments.
