Sales Account Executive – Onsite in Cape Town CBD

About the role

We are building a new sales floor in Cape Town’s CBD for a fast‑growing US fintech. As a Sales Account Executive you will close funded deals with US small‑business owners, turning warm, qualified leads into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own the closing phase of the sales cycle – consultation, negotiation, and funding.
• Build trust with US business owners and structure appropriate financing solutions.
• Handle objections professionally and ensure deals are funded.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and meet monthly funded‑deal targets.

Required profile

• Proven B2B closing track record (2+ years) with measurable results.
• Excellent phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Highly motivated, competitive and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Matric qualification (tertiary education a plus).
• Fluent, neutral‑accent English.
• Willingness to work onsite in Cape Town CBD on US business hours (14:00–23:00).
• Clear criminal and credit record (financial‑services requirement).

Required skills

• Experience with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
