Salaried GP role with partnership pathway

About the role

Hospital Hill Surgery is seeking a salaried General Practitioner to join a friendly, well‑established team in Dunfermline. The position offers a pathway to partnership and flexible session arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality primary care to a practice population of approximately 8,500 patients.
• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team including GP partners, ANPs, practice nurses, health care support workers, and specialist clinicians.
• Participate in teaching activities for St Andrews Medical School Year 2 students.
• Utilise EMIS and Docman systems for patient records and prescribing.
• Engage in medication reconciliation after hospital discharge and contribute to case discussions.

Required profile

• Qualified General Practitioner registered with the appropriate medical authority.
• Interest in progressing towards partnership within the practice.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Flexibility regarding start date and number of sessions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EMIS clinical software.
• Experience using Docman document management system.
