About the role
The Salaried Financial Advisor will provide professional advice on a defined range of financial products to an allocated market in Kokstad and surrounding areas. This full‑time position is classified under FAIS Category B, requiring strict compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver product‑specific financial advice in line with the customer value proposition and compliance framework.
- Develop, track, and review a personal business plan to achieve performance targets.
- Serve a designated market segment, focusing on a limited product portfolio.
- Maintain adherence to FAIS fit‑and‑proper requirements, including honesty, integrity, and competence.
Required profile
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Clear of any offences related to fraud, dishonesty, or professional misconduct.
- Ability to meet FAIS Category B competence and qualification standards.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary of R7,000 per month.
- Performance bonus of R2,500 based on meeting monthly targets.
- No commission structure – remuneration is salary‑based.
