About the role

Old Mutual is seeking a salaried Financial Advisor to join its team in Kimberley. The role involves providing tailored financial advice to an allocated market, delivering high‑quality customer service and contributing to business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on a specific range of financial products to an allocated client base.
• Deliver quality customer service, identify opportunities for new business and support client retention.
• Process cases, handle complex queries and resolve customer problems.
• Analyze client issues to propose appropriate technical or professional solutions.
• Receive and assist visitors, directing complex matters to senior colleagues.
• Record follow‑up actions and update the CRM system after each client interaction.
• Prepare and tailor presentations for decision‑makers, gathering information to assess client interest.
• Develop and execute relationship‑management plans for prospective accounts.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory codes.
• Monitor sales and market data for the assigned geographic region and identify development opportunities.
• Represent Old Mutual at sector events, building a personal network and gathering market intelligence.
