About the role

Join Moore Johannesburg as a SAICA Trainee Accountant and gain hands‑on experience in audit, financial reporting and client advisory. You will work alongside managers, partners and senior auditors, contributing to real engagements from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in planning and execution of audit engagements across various industries.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit reports.
• Perform analytical procedures and tests of internal controls.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their business operations and challenges.
• Maintain accurate and complete audit documentation.

Required profile

• SAICA‑accredited Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA) with a BAccSci or BCom Accounting degree.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capability.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
