About the role

The Safetycloud Auditor plays a vital role in safeguarding workplaces by ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations, client‑specific standards and legal obligations. Using the NOSA 10‑Step audit methodology, you will deliver accurate audit reports and high‑quality consultation services that support continuous improvement for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct HSE/OHS, legal, client‑specific and limited‑scope audits in line with the NOSA 10‑Step process.
• Perform a needs analysis for each engagement and tailor recommendations accordingly.
• Produce high‑quality audit reports that are evidence‑based, clear and accepted by clients.
• Maintain complete, accurate and compliant audit documentation and records.
• Manage client interactions professionally, providing guidance on compliance and best practices while resolving conflicts.
• Achieve 100% productivity against the approved schedule and OMS productivity reporting.
• Submit claims accurately and attend required meetings, briefings and functions.
• Maintain all required professional registrations, certifications and a valid certificate of fitness.
• Adhere to company policies, ethical standards and health‑and‑safety requirements at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience conducting HSE/OHS and compliance audits.
• Strong knowledge of legal and client‑specific safety standards.
• Ability to produce evidence‑based findings and clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commitment to professional ethics, continuous improvement and safety culture.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the NOSA 10‑Step audit methodology.
• Competence in preparing and maintaining audit documentation.
• Capability to conduct needs analyses and align recommendations.
• Experience with productivity reporting tools (e.g., OMS).
• Ability to maintain professional registrations and a certificate of fitness.
