Revenue Supervisor

About the role

Malander is looking for a Revenue Supervisor to lead revenue operations in a fast‑paced, high‑volume finance environment. The role focuses on billing accuracy, margin integrity, and protecting revenue from leakage while driving process excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of billing, revenue collection and administration processes across multiple systems.
• Ensure billing accuracy and margin integrity, monitoring and strengthening revenue controls.
• Identify and resolve billing issues to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Analyse transactional data to spot trends, anomalies and root causes of discrepancies.
• Prepare accurate operational and financial reports for management.
• Supervise, coach and coordinate the daily activities of the revenue operations team.
• Monitor team performance against SLAs and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors to resolve queries and support audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in revenue operations, billing, financial analysis or a similar finance environment.
• Proven experience in high‑volume transactional settings.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team.
