About the role
Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Revenue Clerk in Cape Town on a permanent basis. The role covers loading revenue for contracts, amendments and terminations, invoicing, reporting and resolving billing queries. The closing date is 31 October 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Load and raise contract revenue
- Process contract amendments, increases and terminations
- Generate and distribute branch posting sheets
- Ensure accurate monthly invoicing and credits
- Resolve posting-sheet and billing queries
- Produce weekly and month-end reports
Required profile
- Matric and/or relevant post-Matric qualification
- Own transport is essential; applicants must be prepared to work overtime
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Accuracy, strong administration and ability to meet strict deadlines
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer literacy
- SAP, debtor/credit/reconciliation knowledge and security-industry experience are advantageous
