About the role

Evertrade is looking for enthusiastic Retail Store Promoters to boost client device sales across designated malls. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while managing merchandising and stock to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer assistance and promote device sales.
• Maintain product displays, ensure correct pricing, and keep live units connected to Wi‑Fi where applicable.
• Replenish stock, return damaged items, and manage promotional pricing accurately.
• Conduct floor walks to verify competitor pricing and adjust displays.
• Operate demo software on live devices and update store scorecards.
• Engage shoppers to shift slow‑moving stock and highlight fast‑moving items.
• Negotiate prime product positions and implement POP material according to client briefs.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports using handheld devices.
• Maintain strong relationships with store management and adhere to internal procedures.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience in a retail environment, preferably within telecommunications.
• Ability to manage stock processes, promotional pricing, and visual merchandising.
• Strong organisational skills and the capacity to handle competing demands.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet performance standards.
