About the role

A leading retail company in South Africa seeks a Store Manager to drive turnover and ensure the achievement of targets. The ideal candidate will have a Matric certificate and at least 3 years of retail experience, including 1 year in a leadership role. The role involves overseeing daily store operations and driving sales performance while leading the team to deliver excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

Manage stock levels and inventory.
Control store expenses and budgets.
Ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile
