About the role

We are seeking a confident, well‑presented Retail Sales Consultant to join a premium luxury retail brand in Cape Town. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a high‑end environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and create a memorable shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, including commission‑based earnings.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and maintain a loyal customer base.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure the store presents a polished appearance.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and assist customers with informed recommendations.
• Support stock control, inventory checks, and general store operations.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• At least 3 years of retail sales experience, with proven success in luxury retail.
• Professional, well‑groomed appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Clear criminal and credit records.
