Retail Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a driven Retail Key Account Manager to join our Johannesburg team. You will be responsible for growing and managing our key retail and e‑commerce partners for Anker, Soundcore and eufy brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with major retail and online partners.
• Drive sales performance and execute account strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage Purchase, Sales and Inventory (PSI) processes.
• Monitor sell‑through rates, control stock levels and optimise promotional activities.
• Provide accurate forecasting, reporting and business insights.
• Handle all administrative tasks related to account management.
• Identify growth opportunities and expand brand presence within accounts.
• Travel regularly, including visits to Cape Town and other regional partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management within retail or e‑tail.
• Tertiary education in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Strong administrative, planning and organisational abilities.
• Deep understanding of PSI principles and their application in retail.
• Proactive self‑starter with a strong desire for growth.
• Prior experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel to Cape Town and other locations as required.
