About the role

Toyota Financial Services South Africa is offering a full‑time Retail Insurance Learnership based in Sandton, Johannesburg. The programme is designed for recent graduates who want to start a career in the financial services sector, providing hands‑on exposure to retail insurance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in day‑to‑day retail insurance activities to gain practical workplace experience.
• Attend and complete formal training modules provided by the company.
• Work under supervision to develop industry‑relevant skills and knowledge.

Required profile

• Age under 30 years.
• South African citizen with a valid ID.
• Matric (Grade 12) completed.
• One of the following qualifications: BCom Economics, BCom Accounting, Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Advanced Diploma in Accounting, Diploma/Degree in Mathematics & Statistics, or Diploma/Degree in Quantitative Analysis.
• Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any full‑time or part‑time study during the learnership.
• Clear credit (ITC) record and no criminal record.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Willing to be based in Sandton, Johannesburg.
