About the role
We are seeking a motivated Retail Consultant to join our team in Pretoria. In this customer‑focused position you will be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping them find the right products and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist with product selection.
- Process cash and card payments, handle refunds using the POS system.
- Unpack deliveries and conduct regular stock counts.
- Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor.
- Achieve daily sales targets.
Required profile
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Own reliable transport.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor.
