About the role
Blueways Direct Marketing is seeking energetic Retail Assistants (Sales Consultants) to work in Pretoria. The role involves engaging customers, promoting products and services, meeting sales targets and building strong client relationships. Training will be provided for the right candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers and provide product information.
- Promote company products and services to achieve weekly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members and handle pressure situations.
Required profile
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Confident, target‑driven and willing to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
Required skills
- Effective verbal communication.
- Basic computer literacy.
