Retail and Sales Coordinator

About the role

Dermalogica is recruiting an organised and dynamic individual for the position of Retail and Sales Coordinator. The role provides administrative, operational and reporting support to the retail business, ensuring activities, stock processes, launches, promotions and communication flows are coordinated accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day retail administration, maintain trackers, meeting notes and ensure accurate records are available for decision‑making.
• Support retail operations by preparing store checklists, operational tools, and tracking store support requests, openings, closures and refits.
• Manage stock, POS, launch and promotion coordination, including weekly stock counts, support orders and campaign setup.
• Provide administrative support to Retail Manager, Area Managers and Store Managers, handling communications, documentation and stakeholder requests.
• Maintain retail team records, training schedules, payroll documentation and incentive administration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word for reporting and presentation.
• Experience using ERP systems such as Syspro for invoicing and stock management.
