About the role

CSG Food & Beverage is expanding its staffing pool and is looking for experienced Restaurant Supervisors to join the team. This is an ad‑hoc opportunity with shifts based on client requirements and operational demand.

Key responsibilities

• Supervising front‑of‑house and restaurant service operations.
• Managing and supporting waitrons and service staff.
• Ensuring excellent guest service.
• Allocating duties and managing staff on shift.
• Monitoring service standards and resolving guest queries.
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
• Ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently during service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or FOH Supervisor.
• Front‑of‑house and restaurant service experience is essential.
• Hospitality experience is a must.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Reliability and willingness to work at different client sites when required.
