About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Restaurant Servers to join our vibrant team at RocoMamas in Johannesburg Fourways. As a front‑of‑house team member you will play a key part in delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu.
- Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
- Handle payments and process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service flow, especially during peak periods.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage.
