About the role

Our client in Pretoria is looking for a professional, well‑presented, and customer‑focused Reservations / Sales / Bookings & Client Liaison Coordinator. You will manage bookings, support sales activities, and maintain strong client relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all bookings, reservations and scheduling arrangements, ensuring accurate capture of details.
• Follow up on confirmations, changes and client feedback.
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding queries, updates and complaints.
• Perform sales‑related duties and support sales administration, providing product/service information.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings and client requirements across internal departments.
• Maintain accurate booking and client records, prepare reports and summaries.
• Assist with general office administration tasks.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Female, aged 25–35 (client requirement).
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, reservations, bookings, administration or client liaison.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and client‑focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s licence.
