Reservationist – Front Office (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Reservationist is responsible for turning bedroom, boardroom and conference‑room inquiries into confirmed bookings while providing a personalised and memorable experience for every guest and travel‑agent contact.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inquiries for bedrooms, boardrooms and conference rooms into confirmed reservations while delivering personalised guest experiences.
• Handle guest communications via phone and email, prepare check‑in documentation, and manage cancellations, modifications and special requests.
• Maintain accurate reservation records in the Property Management System and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform related administrative tasks and support senior management as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• At least one year of experience in a front‑office or reservation environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, proactive attitude and ability to work long, shift‑based hours.
• Ability to handle money responsibly and undergo fraud/credit checks.
