Replenishment Analyst

About the role

The Replenishment Analyst is responsible for operating and maintaining the forecasting and replenishment system, ensuring data accuracy and supporting efficient ordering processes across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the master data product file for auto‑replenishment, correcting discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.
• Adjust replenishment parameters to eliminate negative impacts on run cycles.
• Liaise with Operations, Merchandise, and Suppliers to resolve queries within defined service windows.
• Generate, analyse, and act on reports, including exception, service level, and sales analyses.
• Ensure electronic order transmission to suppliers and verify receipt according to planning schedules.
• Run and monitor DSC, service level, order fill rate, and sales analyses for each vendor.
• Analyse forecasts, identify system weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in supply‑chain optimisation projects and contribute to system enhancements.

Required profile

• Experience maintaining master data for auto‑replenishment systems.
• Ability to resolve supplier and internal queries promptly.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret reports and forecast data.
• Familiarity with SAP reporting and exception handling.
