About the role
Join the Pace Car Rental team as a Rental Agent at our busy Cape Town branch. You will be the first point of contact for customers looking to rent vehicles, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle rentals, returns and general enquiries.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and complete the associated paperwork.
- Manage bookings, reservations and rental agreements accurately.
- Promote additional products and services where appropriate.
- Maintain precise administration and record‑keeping.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Uphold branch and fleet standards, including cleanliness and safety.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Valid South African driver’s licence and ID.
- Minimum two years’ experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Residence in close proximity to the Pace office.
Required skills
- Computer literacy and basic administrative ability.
