Remote Webflow Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to join our fast‑growing, remote‑first team. You will translate high‑fidelity Figma mockups into pixel‑perfect, conversion‑optimized Webflow sites while owning the technical implementation of our marketing and product web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build fully responsive websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to ensure accurate translation of Figma or Adobe XD designs.
• Create and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable content.
• Write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when native Webflow features need extensions.
• Audit and optimise sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
• Integrate third‑party tools and APIs (e.g., Zapier, GA4, GTM, CRM software).
• Conduct cross‑device and cross‑browser testing before and after launch.
• Maintain website security, update scripts, and troubleshoot bugs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional Webflow design and development experience, preferably in a digital agency, SaaS company, or startup.
• Advanced proficiency with Webflow CMS, complex animations, and custom interactions.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, layout, typography, and responsive design, with solid command of Figma.
• Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with modern Webflow frameworks such as Client‑First or Relume.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
• Robust portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects and custom interactions.
