About the role

We are looking for a Remote Virtual Assistant who will also serve as an Appointment Setter for a thriving medical spa. This full‑time position works from 10 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time and involves managing the front office virtually.

Key responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
Call existing and prospective clients to schedule or reschedule appointments.
Maintain the virtual front‑office calendar using scheduling software.
Support client‑success initiatives and follow‑up communications.

Required profile

Bilingual in English and Spanish (native or near‑native English preferred).
Previous experience in a receptionist, virtual assistant, or appointment‑setting role.
Professional demeanor with strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Required skills

Familiarity with phone systems.
Experience using scheduling software.

What we offer

Full‑time remote employment with a consistent 10 AM‑6 PM PT schedule.
Compensation paid in USD or the candidate’s local currency, based on preference.
