Remote Systems Analyst (Level 2)

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Systems Analyst (Level 2) to join our growing Managed Service Provider team. In this role you will provide advanced technical assistance to our small‑ and mid‑size business clients, handling escalated tickets and ensuring timely resolution of complex issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage escalated support tickets, including break/fix, application setup and user configurations.
• Administer Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022) and maintain Hyper‑V hosts.
• Configure and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls and Datto networking switches and access points.
• Support Office 365 and other cloud services for end‑users.
• Document all activities in the ticketing system and internal knowledge base.
• Collaborate with the technical team to improve infrastructure security and reliability.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of IT support experience in an MSP or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11 and macOS desktops.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain after hire).
• MD‑102 (Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) preferred.
