Remote SEO Specialist for Personal Injury Law Firm

About the role

We are seeking a proactive SEO Specialist to support a personal injury law firm. The role is fully remote, working 9 am‑5 pm Cape Town time, and follows US Federal holidays. You will help improve the firm’s online visibility and attract clients through strategic SEO initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute link‑building campaigns to boost domain authority.
• Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research, and SEO analytics.
• Create and publish SEO‑optimized articles targeting relevant keywords.
• Perform on‑page SEO, including content optimization, internal linking, meta tags, and site‑structure improvements.
• Manage technical SEO tasks such as site‑speed optimization, crawlability, and indexing issues.
• Implement local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization and citation management.
• Monitor, report, and interpret key SEO metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably with US personal injury law firms.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable SEO results.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
