Remote Sales Representative – Digital Marketing Solutions

About the role

Growit MC is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to promote its digital marketing and technology solutions to South African businesses. You will engage business owners, uncover growth opportunities, and present tailored online services.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and other social channels.
• Build relationships with business owners and identify their digital needs.
• Present Growit MC’s portfolio of websites, e‑commerce platforms, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads, SEO and AI‑driven business systems.
• Schedule and conduct discovery meetings, follow up leads and maintain an organised sales pipeline.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and report performance metrics.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven and positive attitude.
• Quick learner, comfortable speaking with business owners.
• Passion for helping businesses grow.
• Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) education.
• Good English language skills.
• Smartphone or laptop with reliable internet connection.
• Self‑discipline and willingness to learn.
