Remote Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our US‑based commercial furniture company. This full‑time remote position focuses on B2B outbound sales, lead nurturing, and business development across hospitality, events, education, religious and municipal sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage company‑provided B2B lead lists to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, LinkedIn and SMS.
• Nurture longer‑cycle opportunities until prospects are sales‑ready.
• Qualify prospects based on need, intent, timing, authority and potential value.
• Build relationships with US decision‑makers such as General Managers, Facility Directors, Purchasing Officers, and others.
• Handle objections, maintain natural conversations, and hand qualified opportunities to Territory Sales Representatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular activity and pipeline reports.
• Utilise sales intelligence, prospecting tools and AI‑driven solutions to personalise outreach.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B outbound sales experience.
• Proven ability to conduct unscripted calls with senior decision‑makers.
• Highly self‑managed, able to operate independently without close supervision.
• Strong pipeline management and reporting skills.
