Remote Outbound Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for a remote outbound appointment setter to contact grooming shops, mobile groomers, and veterinary offices. You will schedule sharpening and dryer repair services using our GoHighLevel CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to grooming shops and veterinary offices.
• Send follow‑up text messages through GoHighLevel.
• Book appointments for clipper blade sharpening, scissor sharpening, veterinary shear sharpening, and dryer repair.
• Enter notes and update lead status in the CRM.
• Follow a provided call script in a friendly, natural manner.

Required profile

• Clear, fluent English with little to no accent.
• Friendly, professional phone presence.
• Comfortable making outbound calls daily.
• Good written English for texts and CRM notes.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

Required skills

• Experience with appointment‑setting, sales, or CRM systems (preferred).
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (a plus).

What we offer

• Compensation: $5 USD per hour plus $3 USD for each qualified appointment booked.
• Potential earnings of $11–$14 USD per hour based on performance.
• Part‑time schedule, must be available during Pacific Time business hours.
