Remote Microsoft 365 Technical Support Engineer – Night Shift

About the role

Scaled Inc is looking for a Remote Microsoft 365 Technical Support Engineer to work night‑shift US hours. You will provide end‑to‑end support for Microsoft 365 services, cloud infrastructure and desktop environments for our client MSPs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Office 365 migrations and deployments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams.
• Configure and manage desktop solutions and Intune deployments.
• Administer Windows Server environments – Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS.
• Support IT security and infrastructure protection initiatives.
• Collaborate on IT projects and maintain clear documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT support covering Office 365, Azure, desktop and server administration.
• Strong expertise in Azure AD, virtual machines and storage.
• Hands‑on experience supporting both Windows and macOS platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting and software installation abilities.
• Preferred certifications: MCSE, Azure, VMware, Cisco, or cybersecurity (SANS, GIAC, Fortinet, etc.).
