Remote Global Sales Associate

About the role

A fully remote, full-time position for Global Sales Associates who engage prospects by phone, understand customer needs, handle objections and guide them through the sales process. The schedule is Monday to Friday with weekend shifts as needed, in US Central Time (CST). Applicants living in the Philippines, Egypt or Nepal are excluded.

Key responsibilities

• Engage potential customers through digital messaging channels.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects.
• Understand customer needs and give appropriate recommendations.
• Answer questions and address objections professionally.
• Guide customers through the closing process.
• Maintain customer and pipeline information in the CRM.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making regular outbound calls.
• Self-motivated, dependable and organized.
• Ability to work during US Central Time business hours.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required.
