Remote Frontend Engineer – Contract

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Engineer to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while delivering high‑quality user interfaces for web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, accessible frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to turn UI/UX wireframes into production‑ready code.
• Optimize performance, ensure cross‑browser compatibility, and implement best‑practice coding standards.
• Write clean, well‑documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape the frontend roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven experience building web applications with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design and web accessibility standards.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
