Remote Designer – Digital Agency Experience Required

About the role

We are looking for a highly capable remote designer with solid digital agency experience and a sharp eye for detail. You will work fast without compromising quality, managing your own workload while collaborating with creative, strategy and account teams across South Africa and the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality creative across digital, social, print, OOH and campaign roll‑outs.
• Take ownership of briefs from concept through to final delivery.
• Work at speed while maintaining strong craft and attention to detail.
• Interpret briefs clearly and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Prepare final artwork and ensure files are production‑ready.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and account teams to deliver cohesive work.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Contribute ideas in brainstorms and maintain consistency across brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency environment.
• Proven ability to work quickly with a high level of accuracy.
• Self‑starter with a proactive, accountable mindset.
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating clearly across markets.
• Confident managing your own workflow and priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong layout, typography and visual hierarchy abilities.
• Understanding of print production and digital specifications.

What we offer

• Competitive salary between R35 000 and R40 000 per month, dependent on experience.
