Remote Customer Service Agent

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, solution‑focused individual to be the first point of contact for our customers. Working remotely from anywhere in South Africa, you will ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression and helps build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, or live chat.
• Resolve complaints and, when necessary, escalate issues following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, helpful information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries.
• Meet daily service targets while upholding quality standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service, call‑centre, or support role.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Calm, solutions‑focused approach when dealing with difficult situations.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home‑working setup.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience with ticketing systems.

What we offer

• Salary between R13,000 and R15,000 per month, based on experience.
• 100% remote work – flexible location within South Africa.
• Working hours: 11:00‑19:00 SAST (09:00‑17:00 UK time).
